How does the billing work?

PurePriceIO offers a variety of billing options, including Credit based and pay-as-you-go model. In credit based, you buy your credits upfront. This will be reduced based on the API Usage. Whereas in pay-as-you-go, you pay for what you use, technically there is no limitation. At end of the month, we send you a invoice and you are expected to pay before the grace period.

Can I get a refund for my subscription?

We offer you a free 200 Credits on sign up to use all the features of our API. We assume that you got the full exposure to the service, hence we wont be able to offer you a refund. However, the team has full rights to revisit this and can provide refunds in certain circumstances such as technical issues or service nnot available. Moreover, PurePriceIO does not offer ant subscription based pricing options; its either credit based or pay-as-you-go.

How do I cancel my subscription?

PurePriceIO does not offer any subscription based pricing plans. Its all credit based and pay-as-you-go. You pay for what you use. The credits you bought will never expire, you can resume back to the service whenever you wish. The credits purchased cannot be refunded, it would be avialable for you, till you consume the API.
